13 fHURSDAY MORNING. iX-3- V2_ Wartime Camouflage Taught Qtis Art Institute Students Production Illustration for Factory Workers Also Being Presented to Aid in Emergency Wartime camouflage painting Is now being taught at the Otis Art Institute, 2401 Wilshire Blvd., county-owned institution, according to an announcement yesterday by Supervisor John Anson Ford. The camouflage instruction is given in addition to the regular courses in commercial and general art, Ford said. Production illustration Is an other wartime subject at the school. According to E. Roscoe Shrader, managing director of the school, this is a course designed for defense factory workers teaching them to follow production illustrations made from blueprints.
