| HAROLD GEBHARDT SCULPTURE Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 1907. Widely known sculptor. Educated Layton School of Art. Taught Occidental College since 1941, at Los Angeles County Art Institute since 1943. Has received four major awards and many honorable mentions. Participated in 16 major exhibits in U.S.A. DAVID GREEN DESIGN AND LETTERING Born in Enid, Oklahoma, 1908. Studied at American Academy of Art, Chicago. Has been active in Art Department, Chicago Herald and Examiner, in advertising agencies such as McJunkin's Advertising and Charles Daniel Frey. 1936-41 Art Director of Mills Novelty Co., Chicago. Has received many awards both in design and sculpture. Represented in many collections. Co-director of South Pasadena Art Center. EJNAR HANSEN PAINTING Born in Copenhagen, Denmark. Studied Technical School and Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. Taught Los Angeles County Art Institute, Pasadena Art Museum, and Pasadena School of Fine Arts. Known internationally as a painter. Received 30 first prizes as well as other awards. Participated major exhibits for 25 years. Represented in important public and private collections. LEONARD HERBERT .... PAINTING AND DRAWING Born in San Bernardino, 1903. Educated Los Angeles County Art Institute, Stickney Art School, studied with S. MacDonald Wright. Exhibited locally. PAUL LANDACRE WOOD ENGRAVING Born in Columbus, Ohio. Educated Ohio State University. Self-taught in wood engraving. Taught at Kann Art Institute, Los Angeles, Pomona College, Claremont. Recipient of more than 30 awards, including first at Philadelphia Print Club on three occasions and purchase prize of the Library of Congress, twice. Illustrated 16 books. Participated in countless shows. Has work in public and private collections here and in Great Britain. ROBERT LEHMAN FASHION ILLUSTRATION Born in Los Angeles, California, 1909. Studied at Chouinard's School of Art, Los Angeles, Los Angeles County Art Institute and Los Angeles State College. Has done display work for Haggerty's and Goode's, Los Angeles, as well as free lance fashion illustration. WAYNE LONG CERAMICS Born in Washington State, 1910. Taught Los Angeles County Art Instir tute. Received several principal awards. Participated in major exhibits, including the traveling exhibition for the U.S. State Department, 1952, in which he was one of the two ceramic sculptors selected.
