Description	Title from p. [1] of cover folder . "This edition... uses Univers type in Roman and Italic, medium condensed, on BFK Rives. The calligraphed number on each page signifies the "force" of the wind described, e.g., "Force 0" equates with "calm." Calligraphy by Ann Miller. The Plexiglas case that encases each book allows a preview of the binding--my rendition of Janus Press' "Sing weaving." The colors chosen reflect those used in the signal flags which "broadcast" weather warnings across the United States; local authorities use these colors in a variety of patterns. Colored papers: Canford buttercup, Ocean blue and Bright red. Design, printing and binding by Terry Horrigan"--Colophon .
