Cody Clark and Prof. Gloria Kondrup, Director of the Archetype Press, assisted by instructors Christina Aumann and Seth Drenner, and teaching assistants Justin Cram, Annie Gonzalez, Paula Hansanugrum, and Erin Ong."--Colophon .
