Three scholarships, founded by the Board of Supervisors of Los Angeles County, each pfo viding three terms' tuition in the school, will be awarded by the Director on Ireccmm ;n,datipr of the Faculty in May of each year to the three senior students of publ California whose work submitted in competition shows the greatest promise. A number of cash prizes are awarded in June of each year by the Faculty to meritorious work done during the preceding year. The money for these prizes from the profits of the Students' Co-operative Store. LIVING ACCOMODATIONS: The cost of board and lodging in boarding houses school is from $30.00 to $55.00 a month. Students living in rooms and boarding may definitely reduce their expenses. Furnished apartments may be rented from Lists of boarding and rooming houses may be obtained from the Registrar, STUDENT SELF-SUPPORT: It is possible for a student to devote a part of hife lirie tc work and thus be partially or entirely self-supporting during his perisc of study, usually difficult for a student to obtain employment immediately, and only Jn rqre should he expect to be entirely self-supporting from the start. STUDENTS' CO-OPERATIVE STORE: Art materials of all kinds are on sal sible prices at the Students' Co-operative Store.
