Description |
Austrian Artists Take Space presented 10 artists who are neo-conceptual and feminist in bent, and who work in quasi-installation format with unusual, ephemeral, and/or electronic media that primarily address ecological and political issues. The Otis exhibition was the second part of an exchange project between the Austrian Kunstverein W.A.S. (Woman’s Art Support) and 18 Los Angeles artists whose work was exhibited at the Monoriten Gallery, Graz, Austria. In Los Angeles, related Austrian projects were presented at Side Street projects and POST. |
