Description	In Badge of Honor, the New York-based Puerto Rican artist creates a fictionalized video installation based on a real life relationship between a teen-aged boy and his incarcerated father. The boy’s flamboyant bedroom (crammed with pop collectibles and paraphernalia) is juxtaposed with the father’s stark prison cell. Two video/audio projections (compiled from a series of taped interviews conducted by the artist) develop a touching conversational narrative of emotional concern and ambivalence between father and son.
