Description	Los Angeles debut of Nancy Chunn's politically charged painting installations, including the first half of the series Chicken Little and the Culture of Fear. Well known for her Front Pages series in which she drew pictorial commentary on every front page of the New York Times for a year, Chunn brings her latest obsessions to light in the beginning of a ten-part cycle following the anxiety and terror-ridden world of Chicken Little. Nancy Chunn is the Fall 2007 Jennifer Howard Coleman Distinguished Lecturer and Resident (JHCDLR) in the Fine Arts Department at Otis from September 23 to November 17, 2007. She is teaching a master painting class, conducting one-on-one critiques with senior and graduate level painting students, and presenting public lectures about her
